These terms apply to your use of Morpho (morphoads.com and the app). The service is provided by Efekan Kahraman (sole proprietorship, trading as Morpho), Istanbul, Türkiye. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

The service

Morpho is an AI ad creative team for brands and agencies: it studies your website and products, suggests strategy and copy, prepares static and video ad creatives, and offers approval and report links. Output is generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or not what you expected. Reviewing and approving a creative before you publish it is up to you.

As the service evolves we may change, add or remove features.

Accounts

  • You must be over 18 and give accurate information to open an account.
  • You are responsible for your password and the security of your account; tell us at once if you notice unauthorised use.
  • As the workspace owner you are also responsible for what people you invite do in it.
  • If you use Morpho for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these terms.

Credits and charges

  • Production jobs use credits. A job's credits are based on the real cost of the AI services it used (models, images, voice, video), multiplied by the published markup. An estimate is held when a job starts; when it ends the real amount is charged and the rest released.
  • A job you cancel, or one that expires because it was not approved, is charged for the usage up to that point.
  • A job left unfinished because of a system error on our side is not charged.
  • Plans, credit packs and prices are on the Pricing page; changes apply going forward.
  • Purchased credits are not refundable or exchangeable for cash, except where the law requires. If you use Morpho as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Acceptable use

You may not use Morpho to:

  • create unlawful, misleading or deceptive ads (for example fake discounts, fake reviews, unsupported health claims),
  • create hateful, harassing, violent, discriminatory or obscene content,
  • infringe others' copyright, trademark, personality or privacy rights, or impersonate a person or organisation,
  • try to break, abuse or overload the service,
  • prepare content that breaks the ad policies of the platforms you advertise on (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).

You are responsible for your ads complying with the law and platform policies. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Intellectual property

  • What you upload (logos, photos, product data, text) stays yours. You confirm you have the right to upload it and use it in ads.
  • Rights in the output Morpho produces belong to you to the extent the law allows. You accept that AI output may not be protected by copyright in every country and that similar output may be generated for other users.
  • You give us a limited licence to store, process, copy and pass your content to our service providers, only to provide the service.
  • The Morpho software, design, templates and brand belong to us.

How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party platforms

You can connect Morpho to platforms such as Meta. Their use is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible if a platform changes access, restricts your account or rejects your ad. You can disconnect at any time.

Availability

We aim to run the service without interruptions or errors but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, updates or problems at our providers can cause occasional downtime.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or data, or consequences of using AI output. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event causing the damage. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and any liability that cannot be limited by law, is not affected.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. If you break these terms we may suspend or close your account, with notice where possible. Unused credits are not refunded on closure, except where the law requires.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current text is published on this page with its last-updated date; we announce significant changes by e-mail or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Morpho after a change means you accept the new terms.
