Pricing questions
What happens to unused credits?
They roll over to the next month. Up to one month of plan credits can build up; anything above that expires at the end of the period.
Can I change my plan?
Any time. Upgrades add the new credits right away; downgrades take effect from the next period.
Do I pay for work the critic didn't approve?
Yes. The team really produced it; the first three rounds are included and each extra round costs a few credits. You can continue it where it stopped or try another angle.
Do prices include VAT?
No, prices exclude VAT. Enterprise deals can be paid by contract and invoice.
